Your knits are made to be worn and loved! ...but they can be delicate and need special care

I recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent

avoid agitating the piece too much

Lay flat to dry, you can roll in a towel to squeeze out extra moisture and then let it dry on the towel

Store folded and avoid hanging! Hanging your knits, especially when wet, can cause them to stretch and deform

I don't recommend machine washing but if you choose to, use a laundry bag or place in a pillowcase and tie the top to avoid any snags in the machine. Use a cool and delicate cycle 

To avoid over washing, only wash when you deem necessary! 

I spend hours weaving in all the loose ends but due to the nature of hand knitted garments, occasionally one may slip out. Don’t worry your piece is not unravelling! Just trim or tuck back in :)
